Ryan Zimmerman's wedding dance video
After years of being fairly boring in public, Ryan Zimmerman virtually flaunted his sense of humor last season, with ridiculous radio ads and ridiculous TV ads, not to mention strongly worded declarations about the future of the Nats.
None of that, though, comes close to his dance routine at a weekend wedding. I'm told that Zimmerman was a high school and AAU teammate of the groom, and he was obviously part of a wedding party that was encouraging outlandish entrances. Dude can dance, I guess. Adam Kilgore recently argued, persuasively, that Zimmerman deserved better in the MVP voting. If this video had surfaced before ballots were due, maybe some skeptics woulda seen the light.
I grabbed some images, just in case the video disappears, but you're really gonna want to watch around the 2:00 mark. Thanks to Reader Zach for the tip.

Remember when weddings weren't overly cute made for YouTube cringe fests?
Lot of talent in the wedding party though, and I'm not talking about Zimm's OPS.

If "Dancing With The Stars" didn't clash with the baseball season, I'd say we have a candidate. Perhaps Zim will appear on the show 15 years from now, just after his retirement.

Way better than the YouTube Ovechkin "hands in the air" dance.
Zim as described by Adam Dunn "He's a big nerd"!
Those commercials are interesting to say the least.
