Who had the worst week in D.C. sports?

By D.C. Sports-o-meter producer

In about an hour, Dan will be joined by Cindy Boren for their weekly video discussion of the best -- and worst -- of the past week in Washington area choices. We call it the D.C. Sports-o-meter.

Dan will run down his top three choices for the worst weeks, but his choices may not be yours (or Cindy's, for that matter). Rank these top (bottom?) contenders and go to Cindy's blog to rank the best; if you leave a particularly insightful or witty comment, we'll feature it on the show.

Again, watch the Sports-o-meter here -- you can watch it live at noon or anytime after that.

It has to be Chad Dukes. Guy was already a huge loser, but after his 12 minute rant in which he repeatedly lied to his audience and became the butt of jokes across the Internet, he has to get the award for the worst week.

Didn't Graham Gano boot a game winning field goal?

IMO, Chad Dukes wins "goat of the year" for being such an obnoxious boob.

Shouldn't University of Maryland sports be up here?

Uh oh, Barno won't like that one

Nah, UMD sports probably should be up there. 0-3 on the national stage in a 3 day span. Tough week to be a Terp.

But Chad Dukes has to be number 1. I had people who don't even follow the Redskins ask me if I heard that loser lying through his teeth on the radio. How bout him claiming he paid $500 for a Riggin jersey and how that's Snyder's fault? Um, first off, you didn't pay $500 for a Riggins jersey you lying sack. Second of all, how is that Snyder's fault?? Third of all, blaming Snyder for your poor relationship with your father? Yeah, he had a bad week and he needs to stop talking.

really? why are Semin and Gano on here?

Posted by: philarmy | November 22, 2010 1:29 PM | Report abuse

Gano is on due to his 2 missed FG's to close each 1/2 of the game. I cant explain Semin, but only because I don't follow the Caps close enough
