Best and worst weeks in D.C. sports

Turns out this isn't quite as easy an exercise once the Redskins have quit for the year. But still, Cindy Boren and I are doing our weekly Best and Worst in D.C. Sports, and need your votes. No, Albert Haynesworth is not a candidate this week.
