Post Sports: NFL Championship games, Wizards make progress and the Caps head out on the road

By Washington Post editors

Dan was out sick for today's show so Cindy Boren joined LaVar Arrington, Rick Mease, and host Jonathan Forsythe on this week's webcast to discuss the NFL championship games, whether the Wizards have finally turned the corner, the Caps big road trip and Marland-Virginia Tech on Thursday night.

Much better set up. Pretty good pace and content for an online talk show. I'd watch this on a weekly basis.
