Swimmer does John Wall Dance

I've written about plenty of people doing the John Wall Dance this season -- the L.A. Galaxy's Omar Gonzalez, Redskins special teamer Brandon Banks, Cowboys cornerback Alan Ball, Steelers receiver Hines Ward, a random Bengals fan, the Minnesota hockey team, a random Caps fan. After that last one, I suggested that maybe I ought to stop with the John Wall Dance Chronicles, since probably D.C. sports fans don't really care.
Well, the readers responded.
Reader Erin:
I feel like I owe you a thank you for your recent coverage of the John Wall Dance. Because of it, when two boys in my sixth grade classroom started doing the dance, I immediately recognized it and asked them to "Please stop doing the John Wall Dance," and instead of rolling their eyes or some other typical preteen response, they were very impressed that I knew about the dance and word spread that I was "cool" -- not usually how sixth grade students describe their teachers (even though I'm a younger teacher and think I'm fairly with it).
So I'm helping educate America's youth.
Reader Mike:
I've lived in the DC area my entire life and am quite loyal to DC sports. You best believe that I care when sports stars, pop culture icons or random citizens perform the John Wall Dance.
So I'm fostering civic unity. Reader Henry:
Here is a video me and two friends made after the Wizards drafted John Wall.
Indeed. That's a lot of John Wall Dancing. Anyhow, at least a few people care. And for them, I present U.S. swimmer Nathan Adrian, an Olympic gold medalist who narrowly beat out Brazilian Cesar Cielo in this summer's 50M Freestyle at the Pan Pacific Championships. Yeah, this summer, but it's brand new to me, via Reader Connor. You can watch Adrian's thrilling swim and celebration here, although the screen shots sort of capture the moment.
