295 SB reopens after crash
4:35 p.m. Update:The accident on 295 has been cleared but delays continue along the BW Parkway.
Original post: The District Department of Transportation just tweeted that southbound 295 is closed at East Capitol Street due to a crash.
The Post's Mark Berman is also reporting that 17th and N streets NW are blocked, and there are fire trucks and emergency vehicles on the scene.
