I-495 North slow at I-66

Here's a roundup of headaches facing commuters this morning:
8:40 A.M. UPDATE:
-- I-495 North is still jammed heading to I-66.
-- I-66 East is very backed up around Cedar Lane.
-- An accident on I-395 in the reversible lane is causing backups. The left shoulder of the H.O.V. lane is blocked.
8:20 A.M. UPDATE:
-- I-495 North is still very crowded at I-66.
-- I-395 North is slow at the 14th Street Bridge and Duke Street.
8:05 A.M. UPDATE:
-- I-395 North is very packed at the 14th Street Bridge.
-- A pedestrian was struck at 1300 Oren Street in Northeast, according to a Tweet by the D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services.
7:45 A.M. UPDATE:
-- I-495 North is just crawling at I-66, so expect length delays if you're heading that way.
-- The I-95 South lane has reopened at Cherry Hill Road.
-- A pedestrian was struck on 7th Street and Maine Avenue in Southwest, according to a Tweet by the D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services.
7:25 A.M. UPDATE:
-- One lane of I-95 South is still blocked at Cherry Hill Road in Beltsville. For southbound traffic heading to the Beltway, this could cause some congestion.
-- I-395 North is slowing down at King Street and Duke Street.
7 A.M. UPDATE:
-- An accident on I-95 South at Cherry Hill Road is blocking one southbound lane and one of the shoulders.
6:35 A.M. UPDATE:
The roads are still pretty quiet so far this morning.
6:15 A.M. UPDATE:
-- The I-95 North lanes have reopened in Beltsville.
-- The shoulders on I-95 South have also reopened in Virginia.
ORIGINAL POST:
-- Two lanes of I-95 North are blocked by roadwork at Cherry Hill Road (in Beltsville, just north of the Beltway).
-- There are two delays on I-95 South to the south of the Springfield Interchange. An accident is blocking the right shoulder, while just south of that a disabled vehicle is also blocking the right shoulder.
