I-395 North slow at 14th St Bridge

9:15 A.M. UPDATE:
-- The I-66 East lane has reopened at the Beltway.
-- I-495 North is still pretty slow at I-66, but the congestion doesn't stretch back quite so far, so that's a bit of a win.
-- But, of course, I-395 North is slow at the 14th Street Bridge.
8:45 A.M. UPDATE:
-- An accident on I-66 East has blocked the east lane at the Beltway. There are already backups on I-66 East in this area, so expect them to get worse.
-- A cyclist was struck on the Southeast/Southwest Freeway near Pennsylvania Avenue at Barney Circle in Southwest. This is right next to the Sousa Bridge. (Via the DC Fire and EMS Twitter account.)
8:25 A.M. UPDATE:
-- The left shoulder of I-95 South has reopened from the earlier accident.
-- But I-95 North is pretty backed up at Eisenhower Avenue.
-- I-495 North is still a slog heading to I-66, so that southwest corner of the Beltway should be avoided if at all possible.
8:05 A.M. UPDATE:
-- I-495 North is still pretty slow at I-66.
-- The left shoulder of I-95 South is still blocked near Eisenhower Avenue. There are still backups in that area.
-- The debris on U.S. 50 Eastbound has been cleared.
7:45 A.M. UPDATE:
-- I-495 North is slowing down at I-66.
-- I-66 East is very slow at Nutley Street.
-- There's debris in the road on U.S. 50 Eastbound before U.S. 301, which could slow traffic in the area.
7:20 A.M. UPDATE:
-- I-495 North is crawling at Gallows Road.
-- The left shoulder of I-95 South remains blocked near Clermont Avenue.
-- The accident on the Inner Loop before Annapolis Road has been cleared.
6:55 A.M. UPDATE:
-- The accident on I-95 South at Clermont Avenue is now just blocking the left shoulder. However, the area is still slow and congested, so expect delays.
-- There's also an accident on I-95/Outer Loop before Annapolis Road/MD 450.
6:35 A.M. UPDATE:
-- The accident is still blocking the left lane and left shoulder of I-95 South at Clermont Avenue.
6:15 A.M. UPDATE:
-- The I-95 South accident has been cleared.
-- A multi-vehicle accident on I-95 South/the Beltway at Clermont Avenue is blocking the left lane and left shoulder. There are already some backups in the area.
ORIGINAL POST:
There's not a whole lot going on at this moment on the roads. There are some early delays for MARC riders, but there seems to be just one road issue so far:
-- An accident on I-95 South at Sandy Spring Road in West Laurel is blocking one of the shoulders.

re: the 14th St. Bridge - has DDOT put a timeline on Phases 2 thru 8, since Phase 1 inexplicably took an entire year?
