New distracted driving PSA

The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials, a nonprofit representing highway and transportation departments from all 50 states, the District and Puerto Rico, released a new public service announcement in the battle against texting and distracted driving. AASHTO says the person doing the voiceover is a 16-year-old from the District. More on that later, but here's the PSA.
