I-95 S lane blocked at Telegraph Rd

Here's a roundup of headaches facing drivers this morning:

9 A.M. UPDATE:

-- A disabled vehicle on I-95 South/the Beltway is blocking the right lane at Telegraph Road.

-- An accident involving two cars on I-395 between L'Enfant Plaza and Maine Avenue in Southwest could slow traffic in the area.

-- There's a disabled vehicle on the shoulder of I-495/Outer Loop after University Boulevard.

-- I-395 North is still crawling at the 14th Street Bridge and Duke Street.

8:30 A.M. UPDATE:

-- The accident on I-95 South to the west of Telegraph Road has been moved to the left shoulder, but there are still some delays in the vicinity.

-- I-395 North is a slog at the 14th Street Bridge and Duke Street. Yes, still.

-- I-66 East is slow getting to the Beltway.

-- An accident on 295 South at Laurel Bowie Road/MD 197 could slow southbound traffic.

8:05 A.M. UPDATE:

-- An accident on I-95 South/the Beltway to the west of Telegraph Road is blocking the southbound left lane.

7:55 A.M. UPDATE:

-- I-395 North is also sluggish at King Street and the 14th Street Bridge, so it's crowded no matter where you are, it seems.

7:40 A.M. UPDATE:

-- The accident on I-395 North at Duke Street is now just blocking the right shoulder. However, there are backups stretching back to the Springfield Interchange.

-- The Outer Loop lane has reopened north of Branch Avenue.

-- A pedestrian was struck at East Capitol Street and Southern Avenue in Northeast, according to a Tweet by D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services.

7:15 A.M. UPDATE:

-- A multi-vehicle accident on I-395 North at Duke Street is blocking the center lane, right lane and right shoulder.

-- An accident on I-95/Outer Loop to the north of Branch Avenue is blocking one of the Outer Loop lanes and one of the shoulders.

6:55 A.M. UPDATE:

-- I-395 North is packed and crawling at the 14th Street Bridge and Duke Street.

-- There's bad congestion on I-495 North nearing Gallows Road.

6:25 A.M. UPDATE:

-- The roads are still quiet so far.

6:05 A.M. UPDATE:

-- Actually, the disabled vehicle has been cleared.

-- The roads look pretty quiet so far this morning.

ORIGINAL POST:

-- I-495 South might be slow heading towards Gallows Road. A disabled vehicle is blocking the right shoulder near that road's exit.
