Water main breaks in NW and NE

Mark Berman

A pair of water main breaks are going to give some commuters a little extra fun this morning. Here are the locations, via the D.C. Water and Sewer Authority.

-- Crews are working on a broken 8 inch water main on New Hampshire Avenue between Ingraham and Hamilton streets in Northwest. They estimate it should be fixed by 11:30 a.m.

-- Crews are also repairing a broken 16 inch water main on the 4100 block of Harewood Road in Northeast (between Michigan Avenue and 4121 Harewood Rd.). They estimate it should be fixed by 11 a.m.
