Break closes lanes on SB Southern Ave.

A water main break that occurred late this morning near the Capitol Heights Metro station is causing delays on Southern Avenue during the evening commute.
According to the District Department of Transportation, D.C. Water is on the scene, and Southern Avenue southbound is blocked from East Capitol Street to 57th Place SE.
