Chat with the DDOT director
Do you have questions about the District's plans to bring back streetcars? Or perhaps you're wondering about the network of bike lanes expanding across the city. You can chat with the man responsible for many of these changes today at noon.
District Department of Transportation chief Gabe Klein will take questions anyone interested in transportation topics. You can join the discussion with Klein here or submit questions via the agency's Twitter account.

You don't need a twitter account Mr. Concernedaboutdc. You can go to http://ddot.dc.gov/DC/DDOT/About+DDOT/Who+We+Are/Chat+Live/July+9,+2010
and ask me yourself. Even use your real name if you wish.

I don't have a twitter account, but will someone please ask Klein if, in retrospect, he regrets antagonizing the NCPC chairman, calling him names, while at the same time requesting 25 mil. for the streetcar project, a request that was rejected and the 25 mil. awarded to Cincinnati for their streetcar system instead.
