Dupont Circle escalators out

Metro brings in esclatator consultant | Outages
10:55 a.m. Update: Current disruptions at Metro show one escalator out at the Q Street entrance and one out at the Dupont Circle entrance.
Original post: The 19th street entrance escalators are out of service at the Dupont Circle station. If the thought of walking down that incredibly long escalator in this heat sounds untenable to you, they have requested shuttle bus service.

I'm not clear if you are saying ALL escalators are out at 19th street, or just the down escalators. I assume "entrance escalators" refers to long escalators at the entrance to Metro, as opposed to the escalators at the platform, or was that meant to imply escalators going down only? I'd appreciate some clarification.
