Fatal car accident in College Park

One person was killed and at least three injured in an early morning crash in College Park, according to the Prince George's County Police. They are investigating the fatal accident, which took place in the 9400 block of Cherry Hill Road in College Park earlier Thursday morning. They responded to a report of a head-on collision in this area at about 1:36 a.m. One person was killed and at least three others were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to the police.
Cherry Hill Road at Sellman Road to the 9400 block of Cherry Hill Road is shut down due to the investigation.
