395 reopens after accident
3:50 p.m. Update: Traffic cameras now show traffic moving well in both directions.
3:30 p.m. Update: The car has been been placed on a wrecker and moved to the shoulder. The reversible lanes are currently occupied with emergency vehicles.
Original post: The District Department of Transportation reports an overturned vehicle in Alexandria on I-395 prior to the Seminary Road exit.
According to traffic reporting services and VDOT, two left lanes are blocked in each direction with rescue equipment. Southbound delays begin near Glebe Road. Northbound delays begin before Duke Street.
