I-395 North slow at 14th St Bridge

8:35 A.M. UPDATE:

-- An accident is blocking the right side of the ramp from I-66 East to I-495 South.

-- In a related note, I-66 East is backed up leading to the Beltway.

-- I-395 North continues to see backups at the 14th Street Bridge.

8:15 A.M. UPDATE:

-- A disabled vehicle on I-66 East at the Beltway could cause delays.

-- I-395 North is also congested leading to King Street, in addition to the still-ongoing backups at the 14th Street Bridge.

7:55 A.M. UPDATE:

-- An accident on New Jersey Avenue and P Street in Northwest is also going to cause some delays.

-- I-395 North is very crowded leading to the 14th Street Bridge.

-- I-495 North is also pretty slow heading to I-66.

7:35 A.M. UPDATE:

-- An accident at U Street and Florida Avenue in Northwest involving two cars is going to cause backups and delays in the area.

7:15 A.M. UPDATE:

-- I-395 North is again slow at the 14th Street Bridge.

-- I-66 East is congested near Nutley Street.

-- I-495 North is pretty sluggish as you approach Gallows Road.

6:45 A.M. UPDATE:
I-395 North has slowed down at Duke Street.

6:15 A.M. UPDATE:
I-395 North is congested at the 14th Street Bridge.

Good morning, commuters! Another work week begins with another hot day, with the added bonus of potential rain. The roads are clear so far, but check back here throughout the morning for updates on the morning rush hour.
