"Unruly passenger" delays VRE

9 A.M. UPDATE:
Train 308 is moving again! It's currently near Crystal City and heading towards the District. Train 310 is also running behind, likely due to train 308's delays.
ORIGINAL POST:
An unusual delay for VRE riders this morning. Train 308 heading towards Washington has been held in Quantico for nearly 40 minutes due to an unruly passenger. VRE officials won't divulge much more, except to say that the unruly passenger reportedly got upset over something to do with a ticket machine. The conductor called the police for help dealing with this, and the train hasn't moved in some time. The Prince William Police Department confirmed they responded to that incident, but released no other information.
The next train is train 310, which will go around train 308 and continue through to Washington. Train 308 left Fredericksburg at 7:15 a.m. and was supposed to depart Quantico at 7:40 a.m.
