WB New York Ave. closed after crash
Westbound New York Avenue is closed at North Capitol Street after an accident. Transportation officials say the road could remain shut through the morning rush hour.
Motorists should be on the lookout for debris in the road and dark traffic signals this morning as utility companies work to restore widespread outages after Sunday's storm.
Stay with Dr. Gridlock this morning for the latest traffic news.
