3 MARC trains each one car short

5:50 p.m. Update: Add Train 852 on the Camden Line to the list of trains with one less car.

Original post: MARC Train 534, which leaves Union Station at 5:20 p.m. and serves Penn Line commuters, will operate with one less car today, according to the Maryland Transit Administration. MARC 875, departing at 4:25 p.m., will also be one car short, the MTA said.

Train 534 was one car short a week ago. MTA spokesman Terry Owens said the problems have been related to maintenance issues with the air conditioning on some of the trains.
