D.C. chat on storm preparedness

The District's Department of Public Works plans to hold an online discussion on Wednesday to answer questions about trash and debris collection and sandbag distribution.

The discussion will take place from noon to 1 p.m. District officials also plan to provide emergency preparedness tips on staying safe and preventing water damage during the season's storms.
