MARC train to be one car short
MARC Train 534, which leaves Union Station at 5:20 p.m. and serves Penn Line commuters, will operate with one less car today, according to the Maryland Transit Administration.

How is it that MARC knows when they'll be ONE car short, but WMATA can't admit they've taken entire eight-car trains out of service?
