Labor Day changes and schedules

Tomorrow is Labor Day. Here are some of the ways this will impact parking and commuting:
Metro:
-- Metrobus will operate on a Sunday schedule
-- Metrorail will operate on a Sunday schedule (7 a.m. to midnight). [Check here for a full rundown on what's happening with Metro all weekend.]
-- Parking at all transit authority-operated lots will be free.
-- Reduced fares will be in effect all day.
The District:
-- The District is suspending enforcement of parking meters, residential parking and rush-hour lane restrictions for the holiday. It also will suspend towing of abandoned vehicles.
Arlington:
-- Parking meters are not enforced.
-- ART will run Sunday service for ART 41 and 51. No other regularly scheduled ART services will operate.
-- STAR: Call center closed; all standing order rides canceled. Call the Call Center in advance to book rides at 703-892-TRIP (8747).
Alexandria:
-- Alexandria Transit Company's DASH bus service will operate on a Sunday schedule.
-- The Alexandria Police Department has traditionally suspended enforcement of parking restrictions at metered spaces, HOV regulations, residential permit parking districts and other areas with signed parking time limits.
Fairfax County:
-- Fairfax Connector - Operating Sunday service on routes: 101, 151, 152, 161, 162, 171, 310, 321, 322, 401, 402, 505, 574, 605, 950 and RIBS 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. No other routes will operate.
Montgomery County:
-- Ride On will be running a Sunday schedule
-- Transfer Station - closed
-- Parking at public garages, lots, curbside meters - free
Prince George's County:
-- TheBus and Call-A-Bus public transportation services will not be operational; all regularly scheduled transportation services will resume Tuesday.
OTHERS:
-- OmniRide -- no service
-- Maryland buses -- no service on Commuter Bus, holiday/Sunday schedule for Local Bus
-- Maryland Transit -- Local Bus on Sunday/holiday schedule, no service on Commuter Bus
-- Maryland Light Rail -- Special State Fair Hours / 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Last trains leave Timonium Fairgrounds at 11 p.m. with limited extended service to Cromwell Station/Glen Burnie and Hunt Valley. Trains will make all stops every 30 minutes from 8 to 11 p.m. No extended service to BWI Business Park, BWI Marshall Airport, or Penn Station.
-- MARC -- no service
-- VRE -- no service
