Accident slows inner loop

10:35 a.m. Update: The accident has been moved to the left shoulder but delays continue on the Beltway and on I-270 southbound.

Original post: A collision on the inner loop between Rockville Pike and Connecticut Avenue has Beltway traffic crawling. The accident involves a tractor trailer. One lane gets by to the right.
