Mark Berman

8:25 A.M. UPDATE:

Camden Line train 847 is running 40 minutes late due to mechanical problems, followed by train 849 running 10 minutes late. Train 840 is running 20 minutes late, train 851 is running 10 to 12 minutes late and train 842 is about 15 minutes late.

7 A.M. UPDATE:

Camden Line train 843 is running 30 minutes behind due to freight congestion. Train 847 on the same line is running 20 to 25 minutes late due to mechanical problems.

ORIGINAL POST:

There are already headaches for MARC riders because two Brunswick Line trains have been canceled this morning: Train 878 (6:30 a.m. departure from Martinsburg) and train 892 (6:05 a.m. departure from Frederick). Those aren't due to the weather this morning, but stemming from last night's disruptions. Metro is going to honor MARC tickets, though.

Now Camden Line train 843 is going to be delayed 20 to 25 minutes due to freight train congestion. Expect delays all morning due to the stormy weather, and let us know if you see or hear of any other delays or problems!
