Minor delays for Amtrak
Amtrak trains are facing minor delays between New York City and Washington.
A railroad spokesman says there is a commercial power problem in Harrisburg, Pa.
NJ Transit says delays of up to 15 minutes on Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast and Midtown Direct trains are easing.
The delays come just days after the derailment of an NJ Transit train on Monday disrupted service to and from New York's Penn Station for nearly 17 hours.
