Water main break on Clarendon Blvd.
Arlington County crews are repairing a water main break on Clarendon Blvd., between North Scott and North Rhodes streets. Detours will be in effect through rush hour and into the evening hours, officials said.
Officials say drivers should seek alternate routes.
