Orange and Blue delays cleared

8:24 A.M. UPDATE:
The Orange and Blue delays have cleared, according to Metro.
7:38 A.M. UPDATE:
The train malfunction has been fixed, but the delays remain.
ORIGINAL POST:
There are delays on the Orange and Blue Lines due to a train malfunction outside of the Stadium-Armory station. Expect delays to Vienna and Franconia-Springfield, respectively.

"delays have cleared, according to Metro."
Nice cya. "According to Metro" only one escalator is out of service at Foggy Bottom. According to reality, FOUR escalators are out of service at Foggy Bottom.
