Lane closings set on NY Ave.

Some new lane closings are about to start between Florida Avenue and Penn Street NE as part of the District's reconstruction of the New York Avenue Bridge. Here's the schedule from the District Department of Transportation.

Eastbound New York Avenue
The far right lane will be closed daily between 8 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday through Dec. 2, except for this Thursday, Veterans Day.

Westbound New York Avenue
The far right lane will be closed from 6 a.m. Saturday through noon Sunday.
