Lane closures planned for 295

The District Department of Transportation plans to close two of the three northbound lanes on Kenilworth Avenue near the Eastern Avenue Bridge from 5 to 8 a.m. Saturday.
Crews plan to install and activate lights for new overhead signs at the bridge, which was recently replaced.
Officials said the right and center northbound lanes will be closed.
