Lanes reopen on Beltway

11:45 a.m. Update: The lanes have reopened and traffic is flowing again.
Original post: A vehicle fire on the outer loop has three lanes of traffic blocked on the Beltway just easy of Old Georgetown Road. Traffic gets by to the right. Expect serious delays.
