Mass. Ave. NW reopens
4:11 p.m. Update: DDOT says Massachusetts Avenue has reopened.
3 p.m. Update: Four to five buildings in the area of 10th Street and Massachusetts Avenue NW were evacuated Friday afternoon following a a high pressure gas leak, D.C. Fire and EMS report.
A construction crew is said to have struck a gas line. Several people are being evacuated.
Massachusetts Avenue is closed between 9th and 12th Street. NW html
