Big VRE delays

8:15 A.M. UPDATE:
Delays for VRE train 312 are expected to be at least 45 minutes. The Metro option has been opened at the Franconia and King Street stations.
And Amtrak 174 will make all VRE stops with no step-up needed, so riders are encouraged to take this train.

VRE train 312 is stopped to the south of Fredericksburg with equipment problems. They are anticipating significant delays (at least 45 minutes). The Metro option has been opened for riders, so just show your VRE ticket for entry.
