DC Circulator detour

7:40 A.M. UPDATE:
The detour has been cleared and the stop at Louisiana Avenue and D Street is in service again.
ORIGINAL POST:
The DC Circulator route from Union Station to the Navy Yard is being detoured due to a street closure on Constitution Avenue. The northbound stop at Louisiana Avenue and D Street is not in service.
