Holiday changes for ART and STAR

Here are some changes that will impact Arlington's ART routes as well as STAR (Specialized Transit for Arlington Residents) services for this weekend and next weekend:

ART Buses:
- On Dec. 24 and Dec. 31, ART routes 41, 42, 51 and 87 will run Saturday schedules.
- On Dec. 25 and Jan. 1, ART routes 41 and 51 will run Sunday schedules, while no other ART routes will operate.

STAR rides:
- All STAR standing order rides are canceled on Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1.
- The call center will be running a Saturday schedule on Friday, Dec. 24, and Friday, Dec. 31, from 8:10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- The call center will be closed on Saturday, Dec. 25, and Saturday, Jan. 1, so call in advance to book rides (703-892-8747).
