Lights out on Georgia Ave., 16th St.

Many signals lights are dark on 16th Street and Georgia Avenue NW because of a power outage. The department of transportation reminds drivers that intersections must be treated as four-way stops, even if they're travelling on a busier thoroughfare than the cross streets.
