Md. to honor impaired driving victims

By Washington Post Editors

Maryland Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown will lead a memorial Tuesday to honor the victims of impaired driving in the state.

Officials said the holidays are one of the most dangerous periods for impaired driving and law enforcement will be deployed "in full force to find and arrest impaired drivers."

The memorial event will be held at the Miller Senate Office Building in Annapolis at 11:15 a.m. and will include a processional of families and friends of victims who will place photographs and light candles.
