Megabus adds new cities this week

By Washington Post Staff Writers

Megabus will add new destinations from Washington beginning Wednesday.

The 10 locations are Boston; Buffalo; Hampton, Va.; Harrisburg, Pa.; Knoxville, Tenn.; Pittsburgh; Raleigh/Durham, N.C.; Charlotte; Richmond; and Toronto.

The pickup/drop-off location in Washington is still at H and 10th streets NW. For more details, visit the Megabus Web site.

Really? Is there much demand for Hampton VA or Knoxville Tenn? Those will be very unprofitable routes. The only thing that is sensible is the north-east corridor between DC and Boston.
