New snow tool in Montgomery Co.

Montgomery County will officially launch a new online tool on Tuesday to help residents track the progress of snow plows.
County Executive Isiah Leggett will officially announce the system during a press conference at the Executive Office Building in Rockville Tuesday afternoon.
