7:45 A.M. UPDATE:
The Orange Line delays have been cleared.
7:35 A.M. UPDATE:
Also, the entrance escalators are out at the Tenleytown station. It's still open and shuttle bus service has been requested.
ORIGINAL POST:
You might have been expecting this: There are Orange Line delays. An earlier train malfunction at Ballston has been resolved, but there are still delays towards Vienna.
