Signal problems delay Amtrak
Signal problems are hampering Amtrak trains traveling between Philadelphia and Baltimore.
Amtrak says travelers should expect minor delays for Friday's morning commute. Officials say they have restored signal and switch power after an earlier outage.
Amtrak says some trains departing Washington on Friday morning may be canceled because of an unrelated issue. A downed wired near Wilmington on Thursday has left some train equipment out of position for Friday's departure schedule.
