295 N reopens after accident

5:42 p.m. Update: DDOT reports that the accident has been cleared.
Original post: A two-car accident has shut down I-295 prior to the 11th Street Bridge, according to the District Department of Transportation. Traffic is being diverted off the highway toward the 11th Street Bridge.
