Capital Bikeshare network reopens

1:25 P.M. UPDATE: Capital Bikeshare resumed operations at 1 p.m.
Original post: Capital Bikeshare, the regional network serving the District and Arlington, closed overnight due to the ice and snow in the area. Officials said the system will reopen when they determine that it's safe to operate. Meanwhile, no bikes can be rented.
