Long detours for several bus routes

Roadway construction along E Street NW will cause 6-month long detours on the D3 and D6 buses, which will divert to Seventh Street, Metro said today. Starting Monday for the next year, the U8 and X9 buses will avoid work on Minnesota Avenue by taking Hunt Place to access Nannie Helen Burroughs Ave.
