Traffic delays on New York Ave.

12:55 p.m. Update: WTOP is reporting that police say the incident was domestic-related.
Original post: Accidents on New York Avenue, including an incident where two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle, are causing delays from North Capitol Street to New Jersey Avenue.
According to D.C. EMS officials, a male and female patient were transported to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
