VRE #337 must board 313 train

Evening update: Riders on 337, the 6:50 train out of Union Station, will depart out of Alexandria tonight. They will have to board Fredericksburg 313 at 6:40 and transfer.
Morning: VRE train 306 is running about 20 minutes late this morning. The train stopped south of Fredericksburg with locomotive issues and is now on the move en route to Fredericksburg.
