By
Washington Post Editors
MARC trains 534, scheduled to depart Union Station at 5:20 p.m., and 436, 5:35 p.m. departure, will both operate one car short this evening bringing the prospect of crowding for Penn Line riders.
MARC's Penn Line runs from Washington through northeastern Maryland via Baltimore.
MARC also reported that a power failure has shut down the ticket machines and elevators at BWI Station.
