Power outages at 2 rail stations

Virginia Railway Express and the Maryland Transit Administration are both reporting outages at rail stations that may affect your travels this Friday afternoon.
MTA officials said the BWI Rail Station is without power and the elevators that access the platforms are not working. Tickets may be purchased aboard the Maryland Area Regional Commuter (MARC) trains, but riders must use cause, officials said.
In Northern Virginia, an outage at Franconia-Springfield means the elevators are not working.
