Snow will affect Amtrak Wed.
The winter storm moving across the United States is prompting Amtrak to make some changes to its service on Wednesday.
The Empire Service between New York and Albany will operate on a snow schedule Wednesday. The passenger railroad also expects to make some cancellations to Acela Express and Northeast Regional service between New York and Boston. Amtrak officials said there may also be adjustments made to the service along the busy Northeast Corridor on Tuesday.
Amtrak said it expects to maintain normal operations between Washington and New York both days.
