Rescue ops near 14th St. bridge

Update: The Sousa bridge is clear; however, there was a person reportedly in the water near the 14th Street bridge, to which DC EMS responded.

Earlier: Traffic is being diverted from the John Philip Sousa Bridge due to a person threatening to jump off of it.

Unless he is going to land on someone, "threatening" is not the right word.
